Our midwifery program offers you unique experience around our large network of healthcare facilities within Arusha. As a result you will be working along experienced midwives to share and exchange your experience, skills and knowledge.

Be it for educational purposes like elective or internship or volunteering purposes, the midwifery program will stand out to offer you the best experience, skills and knowledge in low resource settings.

Based in Arusha, the northern tourist hub and the safari capital of Tanzania, midwifery elective, internship or volunteering program will expose you on how healthcare system operates in low resource settings, how midwives handle complicated deliveries and you will be able to participate in surgical procedures.

You will follow and assist midwives in their daily routine, from Antenatal clinics, labour wards, post natal wards,theatre and special wards for cases like eclampsia.
